Hospitality
We will have a Hospitality Suite from Friday evening through Sunday morning. Snacks and soft drinks, as well as alcohol, will be served. Lunch on Saturday will be a soup contest served and judged in the Suite. This is one of our favorite events, as the offerings are always palate-pleasing! If you would like to participate, we are pleased to offer a $15 registration rebate. Other activities in Hospitality will include a beer tasting on Friday and wine tasting on Saturday.
If you are staying at the DoubleTree you may choose to add on a breakfast option to your room cost or partake of a light continental breakfast served up in Hospitality.
Friday Evening
Join us in Hospitality for a board game tournament, some good old Kansas City BBQ and a beer tasting hosted by none other than our LocSec Curt Krambeck. Light snacks will be offered to pair with the beers. The games rooms are scheduled to be open for the duration of the weekend.
Saturday
Expect Saturday to be a smorgasbord of fun!! Games tournaments, speakers, a soup competition — all rounded out by our Saturday evening meal and keynote speaker. And then attend a wine tasting conducted by a presenter who is yet to be arranged. There are even opportunities to visit some nearby Kansas City attractions!
